Refund Policy

Vendor table payments are refundable only when a cancellation request is submitted at least 14 days before the scheduled event date.

 

Cancellations made fewer than 14 days before the event are non-refundable.

 

Refund requests must include the vendor’s name, booking email, and number of tables reserved. Approved refunds will be returned through the original payment method, and processing times may vary.

 

If an event is postponed, vendor bookings will automatically be transferred to the rescheduled date. Vendors who are unable to attend the new date may request a refund within the timeframe provided by VWCC.

 

If an event is cancelled by VWCC, affected vendors will receive a full refund.
